Our Team is 24/7 active online to provide guest assistance and coordination. We’ll take over managing the property for you. We’ll welcome guests. We’ll provide full check-in instructions including the key exchanges and important information about their stay. We will also provide direction, locations and nearby places.

In short term rental business it is important to have a dedicated cleaner. For the locations other than Saskatoon, we can recommend or suggest to hire a professional cleaner or handyman to work for your property. We can coordinate reliable companies that provides cleaning services in the area. We will coordinate with the cleaner after every stay of guest and also coordinate with maintenance staff or In-charge if there is a need for personal attention with regards to the cleaner and the property.

Prowess Property Management handles everything from listing your property, manage bookings, to guest check in, to coordinate housekeeping and reviews. Typically you are charged a percentage of the monthly gross rent for these services. Percentages start at 12%. We have “No Booking No Management Fee Policy”.

Basically our company will help you to manage your property. We will begin to expose your property through enlisting it to short term rental platforms and booking websites and also advertise through social media. We’ll design or redesign your listing so it receives more views and interest. Our team will respond to any inquiries you get, book reservations, and manage your rental calendar. We provide pricing analysis, promotions and recommendations.

We will expose your property through enlisting it to short term rental platforms and websites such as Airbnb,VRBO, Canadastays and Hotel booking website such as Booking.com, Expedia Group (Expedia, Hotel.com, Egencia, Trivago, Vacation rentals.com, etc.) and Tripadvisor.

In case of damaged and stolen property, this is covered by Protection Insurance in some of the major rental platform. With Airbnb, the Insurance for damaged and stolen property is covered by Airbnb’s Host Protection Insurance, which will cover up to $1,000,000 CAD for any damage or stolen items caused by a guest.

As far as ownership specifications, we invites anyone and everyone to list all types of properties. It may be a good idea to review your contract or double check with your landlord that it’s okay to accept Airbnb guests.

For sure! Host response time to guest enquiries greatly affects your listing’s ranking. We guarantee to respond to all enquiries within 1 hour (usually more like a few minutes) no matter what time of day or night. Furthermore we understand that life happens! If your guest needs help at 2am we are always just a phone call away.
